Welcome to sarisaeyewear.com. By using our online store, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which you should read carefully.
Products
All products are defined by their weight, color, and technical specifications as provided by the manufacturers. The product photos are indicative, and the actual color of the final product may vary. The buyer is responsible for being informed about the technical characteristics of the products ordered. Any technical information provided by us is given with all due reservations.
Prices
All product prices are clearly indicated next to each item and include VAT. Sarisaeyewear.com reserves the right to modify product prices without prior notice when deemed necessary. Once a customer has confirmed an order, they are guaranteed to purchase the product at the price applicable at the time of the transaction, even if prices change later. Shipping costs are determined based on detailed pricing tables that are adjusted according to the courier companies’ pricing policies.
Regardless of the ordering method, for in-store pickups, the “store price” applies.
Shipping
Products are shipped at the buyer’s cost and responsibility. Sarisaeyewear.com bears no responsibility for delivery delays caused by external factors. Once the products leave our store—either collected by the buyer, their representative, or a courier company—our responsibility for any delay, loss, damage, theft, or deterioration of the products or packaging ceases.
All orders require prior telephone confirmation before dispatch.
Obligations & Warranties
The manufacturer or supplier is solely responsible for any warranty coverage (including the method of execution). We are obliged to strictly adhere to all standard and prescribed repair or return procedures set by the manufacturer or supplier. Only official technical service centers of the manufacturers or suppliers are authorized to diagnose and certify product defects, and their findings are final.
Manufacturer warranties cover only manufacturing defects or faults in the product. Any damage resulting from drops, moisture, negligence, mishandling, unauthorized tampering, or improper use voids the warranty, and repair costs will be charged to the buyer. Returns of products without actual defects are charged to the buyer.
Payment Methods
Cash on Delivery: Payment in cash upon delivery via ELTA Courier.

Credit Card: Payments are processed securely through the National Bank of Greece, ensuring full transaction security.
PayPal: You may pay via PayPal using your PayPal account or credit card.
In such cases, please send the named payment receipt to [email protected] or fax 2310 805099, including the order number and your full name. Shipping will begin once payment confirmation is received.
If payment is made from a different bank (via branch deposit or web banking), any bank fees or commissions are borne entirely by the buyer.
Return Policy
The date of order receipt and the submission of a return request must not exceed 14 calendar days. The packaging must be intact and in its original factory condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Additionally, returns of non-defective products are charged to the buyer (including shipping, handling, and inspection costs).
Returns are accepted only after the buyer has paid any costs incurred by sarisaeyewear.com for the initial shipment and the return process.
If the product’s packaging is damaged upon delivery, or the product is found defective, the customer must either refuse acceptance or request a return after contacting sarisaeyewear.com.
If a product is deemed defective upon delivery (DOA), the return costs are covered by sarisaeyewear.com. In such cases, the customer may return the product in person to our store or ship it back at our expense, following coordination with sarisaeyewear.com and our partnered courier company. Returns for DOA products are accepted within 7 calendar days from delivery. The product must be undamaged, accompanied by all original documents (e.g., invoices, delivery notes), and complete in its original packaging.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
ODR falls under EU Directive 2013/11/EU, which has been incorporated into Greek law (Joint Ministerial Decision 70330/2015), allowing electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process across the EU.
Invoice Orders
According to ‘POL 1150’ Article 39A, orders for shipment or in-store pickup requiring invoice issuance will be processed only after verifying the accuracy of the necessary business registration documents (from Taxisnet with a recent date). These must be sent via email. If this verification is not completed, orders will be canceled within 3 days without contact with SARISAEYEWEAR.COM.
Payment for invoiced orders can only be made via company bank account transfer or corporate card if collected in-store.
