Return Policy

At sarisaeyewear.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, please read the following terms and return procedure carefully.

Right of Return

Customers have the right to return part or all of their order within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.

Returns may be processed in one of the following ways:

  • Refund of the purchase amount.
  • Issuance of a store credit voucher (gift card) of equal value to the returned product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition.
  • Not have been used beyond what is necessary for inspection and fitting.
  • Be free from damage, scratches, or any other signs of use.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and accompanying items (case, cleaning cloth).
  • Be accompanied by the purchase receipt or relevant proof of purchase.

All returned products are subject to quality inspection by Sarisa Eyewear before the return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for products:

  • That have been customized or modified according to the customer’s specifications.
  • That have had prescription lenses or other personalized adjustments fitted.
  • That have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance.

Return Procedure

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Contact telephone number
  • Reason for the return
  • Preferred resolution (refund or store credit voucher)

Step 2: Ship the Product

Once your request has been approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

The product remains the customer’s responsibility until it is safely received by Sarisa Eyewear. We strongly recommend using secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns that are not due to an error on the part of Sarisa Eyewear, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and amount to €3.00 per return.

This amount will be deducted from the total refund due to the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In cases of incorrect shipment or confirmed defective products (DOA), all return and replacement shipping costs will be fully covered by Sarisa Eyewear.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within ten (10) business days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Any banking fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.

Store Credit Voucher (Gift Card)

Alternatively, customers may choose to receive a store credit voucher equal to the value of the returned product.

The voucher:

  • Is sent electronically via email.
  • Can be used for future purchases from our online store.
  • Remains valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue.

Defective or Damaged Products (DOA)

If upon delivery:

  • The packaging is visibly damaged, or
  • The product has a manufacturing defect,

please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

For confirmed defective products (DOA):

  • All return shipping costs are covered by Sarisa Eyewear.
  • The defect must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned together with all accompanying documents and original packaging.
  • Following inspection, the product will be replaced or fully refunded at no cost to the customer.

Purchases Made with an Invoice

For products purchased under a business invoice, all relevant tax documents and, where applicable, a delivery note must be provided when requesting a return.

Returns at Our Physical Store

Provided that proof of purchase is presented and all return conditions are met, customers may also return or exchange products at our physical store, Optika Yousmas, free of charge.

Important Notes

  • We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery for any visible signs of damage.
  • In the event of an incorrect shipment or a verified defective product, all return costs will be covered by Sarisa Eyewear.
  • Sarisa Eyewear reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
  • Sarisa Eyewear reserves the right to amend this policy at any time in accordance with applicable legislation.
