Return Policy
At sarisaeyewear.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, please read the following terms and return procedure carefully.
Return Period
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. The return request must be submitted within this period.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, without damage or signs of use.
- The packaging must be intact and not tampered with.
- All accessories (case, cleaning cloth, etc.) and the purchase receipt must be included.
- Customized products (e.g., with prescription lenses) cannot be returned.
- Returns of products that are not defective are subject to shipping and handling costs, paid by the customer.
Returns of Defective or Damaged Products (DOA)
Upon delivery:
- If the packaging is completely or partially damaged, or
- If the product is defective,
the customer should not accept the order and must contact Sarisa Eyewear immediately.
If the product is deemed defective upon delivery (DOA):
- The return is free of charge for the customer.
- The return can be made at our physical store or via ELTA Courier (shipping costs covered by Sarisa Eyewear), after prior communication.
- The product must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The product must be returned undamaged, along with all original documents and its complete packaging.
Special Terms for Invoice Purchases
For returns of products purchased with an invoice, a delivery note must be provided.
Return Procedure
- Submit a Request: Contact us at [email protected], stating your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval & Shipping: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
- Inspection & Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will proceed with a refund or replacement within 10 working days.
Refunds or replacements are processed after the customer has covered all shipping and return costs.
